1239 First Street, New Orleans - The Mayfair Mansion

While reading the numerous descriptions of the house from Anne Rice's series, I realized what a perfect home this manor will be for my Sims 2 witches. Therefore, I searched for the real house in the Garden District, New Orleans, as well as its Sims 2 version. As I couldn't find the later one, I decided to build it myself using the one created by StudioSims Creation for Sims 4.


The first floor has (counting from the entrance) a study, 2 living rooms, a small bathroom, a dining room and a kitchen.



On the second floor there are 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and 2 spacious lobbies.



For the garden, I tried to make it as lavish as I could without obstructing the house and the pool area.




I left my version unfurnished, so as to fit every (witch) sim's taste and style.
