This lot was made for the 30 Day Sims Challenge : Day 15: Adorable.

I was watching a lot about tiny living when I made this lot. I figured, the more adorable the better. It reached to a certain point of dorky pinkness. Thus, the name "Mini Adorkable."

As seen in the pictures, this residential lot is quite simple with the living area, dining, kitchen, and study compressed in the first floor. The bedroom is all there is on the second floor, which makes it the most spacious room in the house. I made it a point that the sim who would live here deserves a nice bathroom to relax as well.
