Modern Housing - 6 High View St.

Hi everyone !!! This is my first upload to MTS, altough I've been lurking around here a looooong time '^^ This is my latest creation, a medium modern house for your cool sims .



It has a garage and backyard with swimming pool. It has three bedrooms and two bathrooms in the upper floor, and a toilet, kitchen and living room on the main floor. The house is unfurnished, so you can distribute and decorate it to your likings.





The wood panelling is from Tribeccasims 2, but, as the site has expired, I've included a link to a post on sims2artists where you can download a set of walls and floors in which this one is included. The palluco stone floor is part of the palluco kitchen set at ReflexSims 2. The floors and walls by meriel are part from several of her lots. The Giggly Grasses are originally made by BuggyBooz, but as she has retired, the link redirects to leefish's page where Michelle has a pack of the original meshes + recolors.
