Hello there !! Here I come again after too many years with my third lot upload. I hope you enjoy it !!

Some time ago I saw in pinterest several photos of an apartment complex located in Tulum (México) called Fosil Tulum. I loved the architecture of the place and I decided to create a lot inspired by it.



Lot Info
Fosil Villa features:

1st floor
  • 2 individual rooms (one of them with access to the terrace)
  • 1 complete bathroom
  • 1 master suite with private bathroom and access to the terrace
Bottom floor
  • Hall
  • 1 complete bathroom
  • Open concept living-kitchen area with access to the patio located at the back of the lot

The patio features a covered dining area and a NON-FUNCTIONAL POOL . You can't command your sims to swim or dive in it, but it can be used with moveobjects on to place your sims there for having their feet refreshed or taking a cool photoshoot.

You will need some MASTER MESHES for the lot to be displayed correctly:

For the stairs to function properly, you will need to download the included file "fosil_modularstairs". Place the txt. file in the correct folder for your game or use the Scriptorium for an easier installation
