Once you move your fmaily into the home the NPC will be there at all times so you can get clothes, games or etc. There are also Fitness and Game room, 2 big bathroom, 1 upstairs and 1 down. Also Library and sitting area, paino, art stand, tv and sitting area and much much more. Everything you could ever ask for in a home.
