Hi there... :howdy:

I had this posted already in my toppic Housebroker online, but It was rejected because I had to make for every building a new toppic, respect for that, so here it is...

House "Magnolia"

Main Floor:
- lobby
- 2 bedrooms
- toilet
parkingplace at the back of the building

First Floor:
- hall
- second toilet
- large livingroom with open kitchen
- large balconi

Second Floor:
- hall
- 2 bedrooms
- bathroom with possible extra third toilet

- Third Floor:
- hall
- 2 bedrooms
- roof voults

This house is running on "The Sims 2" and "The Sims 2 University"
Extra, I've made this house 4 times to ajust the shade side of the building in the overview of the Neighborhood...
