Little "Big House" No. 2

There are so many bautiful and fantastic big lots to find on this page, but unfortunately they're often not easy to play (even with a decent PC). So I made a few small/middle lots with "big houses" i.e. fully equiped with room for many Sims.

This one is a 3X2 lot with a two storey house. It costs 147.710 Simoleons. Has two bathrooms on the first floor and two on the second floor. Two doublebed bedrooms one kids bedroom and a baby/tods room. No pool, but two jacuzzis in the garden. Enough space for a Simfamily with 3 kids.

NOTICE: The lot comes with the pyramid shrub, the used recombinant fence and Numenor's bunnybear. I also used quite a bunch of recolors (you should have the CEP installed), custom walls and floors. It is highly recommended to use Sims2Pack Clean Installer for installation if you want to check the used objects and recolors.

For whatever strange reason my game sometimes refuses to pack custom beddings (it seems to think they're all default beddings), so I put the used ones up seperately (You have to unpack them into your Downloads folder).
