This changes the colour of the loading screen you get when entering CAS, moving to the neighborhood screen, or changing lots.

The very first loading screen when entering the game is unchanged.

The mod overrides the following two texture files found in UI.package, and will conflict with other mods that edit them:

0x00B2D882-0x00064DCA-0x89677DCDDEF01145
0x00B2D882-0x00064DC9-0x89677DCDDEF01145

Only put one of the .package files into your mod folder.
