My first upload - The Edgewood Estate [EP required]

Hello everyone This is my first upload. It's a medium/large stone house that can hold up to 5 (6 if someone sleeps on the couch).

About the House
This house is built on a hill, and the garage is below the level of the rest of the house. It costs a bit over 165,000 simeoleans (sorry!). Also you need University to play this house (I'm sorry to everyone who doesn't have it! ) It's a hack free house on a 3x4 lot, even though it should be on a 3x3 lot, sorry about that :/



Features
The Edgewood Estate has:
+ a garage with a car. There are also lots of spare TVs. I don't really know why I put them there.
+ a formal and informal living room
+ a breakfast area and a formal dining room
+ a kitchen
+ 2 computers, 3 TVs (7 if you count the spare ones in the garage :P)
+ 2 fireplaces
+ 3 bedrooms, including a master bedroom with a doublebed and a bedroom with two single beds
+ 2.5 bathrooms
+ rear covered porch
