I chose the Elliott for the 3rd round of the Community Spirit Challenge- a single parent with one child.
The family required a home office for the parent to work and a garden area for attracting butterflies for the child, plus the child loves to dance. They also wanted a workshop area for their bikes, to store and work on them.

I wanted a beautiful forest or cliff view...
