My first home and I'm really proud. This home spouts two bedrooms up stairs with their own bathroom, and the master bedroom has it's own personal balcony where sims can sit and enjoy the view of the town. Down stairs there is a guest room that can with ease be used as another bedroom should the family living this lovely home need the extra space.

The from of the home sports a nice little porch were sims can also sit and relax on a summers evening and take in the warm fresh air after the sun has gone down.
