This trait is similar to the Hyper trait for Pets from the Sims 3, but for Sims instead (Thanks to VidEffectsHD for the suggestion!)

Sims with this trait gain a +4 Energised Buff when they;

~ Drink Coffee
~ Do Exercise

~ Run on Treadmill
~ Travel to the Gym
~ Use {Equipment} at the Gym


Skills:

~ Fitness skill increases 1.3x Faster

Career Performance:

~Athlete career increases 1.5x Faster

Needs:

~ Energy is 2x Easier to Fulfill and decreases 0.5 x Slower
