Functional Mailboxes and bills override

This is so random but while i was scrolling through some debug objects i saw these mailboxes and i instantly wanted to make them functional.
I really like how they turned out, i also tested them so everything should work fine.

About the bills, i just slightly improved the texture and made them a little whiter and clear.
