Although I'm fond of the tiny homes I've worked on so far, I decided to try my hand at a larger house this time. Set on a 25 x 25 plot, this Colonial inspired home features three bedrooms and two full baths. The kitchen is bright and gives off a renovated feel, while the rest of the house has a somewhat more classic, warm, wood aesthetic. The dining room doubles as a library with fireplace. Upstairs, the two extra bedrooms could easily be converted into activity space or a nursery.

Outside, there is currently one parking space, but there is room for another spot with some minor adjustments. The fenced backyard comes with a shed that is currently used as a workout space. This could easily be converted into a hobbyist space for a sculptor, for example. The backyard comes with a small garden featuring tomatoes, potatoes, and lettuce to start the family off. There is enough space for a pool, more gardening, firepit, or an outdoor eating area.

Note: In the smallest bedroom (one single bed) if the desk is in use, the bed cannot be accessed. I didn't see a problem with this as using both at once seemed unlikely. All other beds/seating/appliances displayed no pathing or interaction issues.
