Hey everyone! I'm back with another fun lot for your Halloween towns! These lots are based on the Lemax and Department 56 Halloween collectibles and are sure to add some frightening fun to your neighborhoods!

This lot in the series is a special one! This is the Last Hope Lighthouse, a spooky old place that is a notorious hideout for the criminal minded. Said to be haunted by the souls lost at sea, this complex features a working bar, jailhouse, and smugglers lair where your Sims can go into to join the criminal career path! You can also climb the towers and look out over the towns or seas. Of course, like all the spooky lots, this lot lights up with eerie lights at night as well as includes several fog emitter effects such as rolling fog and even seagulls that circle in the skies above! (If you don't want to listen to the seagulls, the fog emitters are located on the lighthouse tower roof if you'd like to delete them)

This is a strange lot as it can be placed either along the road as just a fun attraction, or even set onto an island in the water for a true lighthouse effect! I'll leave that decision up to you! Hopefully, this eerie island can bring some more spooky fun to your towns! Happy Simming!
