Hello again everyone! I'm back bringing you all some more Halloween lots for this October. These are once again based on the Lemax and Department 56 village collectibles and can work in any neighborhood, or be added into my new Halloween World, Halloween Hideaway, as fun add-ons!

Today we have Happy Hauntings, a house that is actually one of the less scary builds in this collection. I based this house on Department 56's Trick or Treat Lane series, a line of not so scary houses decorated in fun Halloween decorations. This is a three bedroom and two bathroom house that can house up to six Sims! The house is decorated with lots of fun Halloween flair both inside and out, with a large spooky lawn display, and plenty of creepy accents in each room. As with all my Halloween builds, the house lights up with an array of colors at night, giving it a nice creepy glow. So if you are looking for a spooky new house to add to your towns, this is one that is sure to fit right in!
