Pinewood Chalet [NO CC, NO SP]

It's my first upload and post, so this is what I came up with. It's loosely-inspired by a chalet that I've seen on Pinterest (no idea if I could still search it).

I've all EPS installed in my game but I haven't use any from IP or ITF. The other part of the house is a hidden room(which requires LN), you could adjust it as to what you like. I built this on a custom world called Alpine County if you want it to be the same as the picture I screenshot.

This house needs EA world Sunlit Tides standard version for the mailbox to appear as the picture. I only used the mailbox from Sunlit Tides, no other items were used.

This house has a studio bedroom and 1 bathroom, perfect for a honeymoon couple or a retired couple.
