This is Chenin. Unfortunately, this is a lot, and not a grape. I thought I'd have a stab at making a smaller lot. I'm quite pleased with how it turned out.

The lot is fully furnished and ready to house up to two Sims, and entertain up to four. It has one bedroom, one bathroom, and the floorplan is relatively open. The lot, however, doesn't exactly come in cheap.
