Meow-caccino was conceived as an owner-operator lot. That is: your primary sim lives there with a bunch of cats.

However, if you'd rather just visit, all you have to do is add the lot traits Cat Friendly and Cat Hangout when you place the lot. It may take an hour or so for any strays to appear, but they will, and usually there will be a minimum of one cat for whatever length you are there (playtested to three days - I assume it'll work longer but at that point you might as well move in).



Downstairs is fully decorated, except the "back room" where the litterboxes are, which is deliberate to minimise random gatherings in unusual places. Upstairs is "hotel standard" in that I've left the colour scheme fairly neutral and placed some of the more generic hobbies and artworks. Feel free to swap out the barn print for some pop art and the yoga mat and planters for a gaming rig if that suits your sim better.
