Another "renovate yourself" kind of home. The story is, that a rich family lived there, but when a fatal tragedy hit the family, they decided to leave immediately, leaving almost every possesion behind. The home has been standing almost untouched for nearly a century, except for the garage.. Since it's an open garage, vandals and homeless people took shelter in it. The garden is overgrown, the inside has a bunch of damages (water pipes broken, fungus, spider webs, cracks on the walls..)

It's now up for sale, as a realtor took the brave decision to try to put it up for sale It's up to you to renew this beautiful home, and give it new life! Everything needs a bit of love.
