Swamp House Handy-man Special ~ 3bed/1.5 bath + driveway

This home, originally built in 1937, was one we looked at when we were looking for a new home in 2017. But... it was too far, waaay too much work, and... well... swamp. The Zillow Listing is still up if you want to sneak a peek! I tried to faithfully recreate the actual house, but without any CC. Alas, a few bits of CC were needed (They are listed below.)


Please scroll through all the above pictures to see everything this property has to offer... I wish I could've conveyed the mustiness, saggy ceilings, and large wasp colony that was living in the corner of the Florida room (but, maybe it's better this way?)


In the Floor Plan shot below, please note the mudroom is the half bath (sink and commode,) and it has a door to the backyard.


This lot has been play-tested; everything is accessible and in good working order. You are downloading a clean copy if the lot - no Sim has set foot in it.

An invisible smoke alarm is behind the range hood in the kitchen. The phone is on the wall by the chess table. There is no burglar alarm. The furniture and decorations are intentionally sparse - everything for your Sim's basic needs is included. Please personalize it to meet your sims whims.

I use Moi's Roof Shader for brighter roofs
Maranatah's White Wall Top texture replacement
Moo's Turn On/Off Lights
Menaceman's Lunatech Lighting Fix
BeosBoxBoy's no-red-pause-mod
I also use FRAPs to take in-game pictures, and PhotoShop to clean/collage said pictures.
And, I highly recommend using gummilutt's Invisible Medicine Cabinet to add features to any mirror - as per her policy, it's not used or included in this lot.
