1920's Vintage Home Design ~ 2Bed/1.5Bath Cottage , 2nd in the Series

The second house in my "1920s Series" - inspired by 62 Beautiful Vintage Home Designs from the 1920s - features "5 Rooms, Bath and Sun Parlor" ...according to the brochure:



This is a small cottage with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom (plus a small powder room I snuck in downstairs), living room, dining room, kitchen, sun parlor, and basement. The rooms are small, but quite manageable - it is minimally furnished with a bed, dining table, settee, desk, and an easy chair. The kitchen has a range, refrigerator, trash chute, and sink. The telephone is on the wall in the kitchen. Please scroll through all the included pictures to see everything this sweet little house has to offer.


Another note about the bed placement - the "getting into bed" animation is a little off when the bed is not exactly on-grid; but, they didn't stomp and usage was normal. If you put the bed on-grid here, they will not be able to walk around the foot of it (Of course, you can orient the bed along the other wall, losing access to the closet - or use single beds? Single beds would be appropriate to the 1920s.)


This is a clean copy of this house/lot; no sim has ever lived here. The package has been cleaned with Mootilda's Clean Installer.
Pictures were taken with Invisible Fire Alarms in place, but the lot is packaged without that mod. So, you will see the fire alarm over the range in the kitchen, and the fireplace in the living room.
Pictures were also taken with the Invisible Driveway, but the lot is not packaged with it.
I highly recommend both invisifying options! .
There is a burglar alarm by the front door.

BeosBoxBoy's no-red-pause-mod
Nopke's Go Under Spiral Stairs mod for proper spiral stair usage
And, of course, everyone needs Numenor's CEP and SEP!
I also use FRAPs to take in-game pictures, and PhotoShop to clean/collage said pictures.
And, I highly recommend using gummilutt's Invisible Medicine Cabinet to add features to any mirror - as per her policy, it's not used or included in this lot.
