This disables the autonomous taunting between Sims of different universities and brings peace back to the world.

Modifies the XML for 0x0000000000037C42 SuperInteraction sI_UniversityRivalry_Autonomous_Taunt and shouldn't conflict with anything that doesn't touch that.
