So I wanted to create a larger McMansion on a 30X40 lot. I just wanted a couple bedrooms and baths. What I ended up with was a 7 bedroom home with 4 baths (one half bath), and a lot of space.

So, I turned it into a legacy home. I made one of the bedrooms into a nursery. And we got a lot in this legacy home, including an office, large kitchen, and a great room.
