I wanted to build a place for the new Legacy family I'm starting and then thought it might be useful for some of you too! This house has stood for generations and will stand for many yet to come. Built with multiple stages and ages in mind, this home has six bedrooms (including two master suites, one on the ground floor for Grandma and Grandpa and one on the second floor for Mom and Dad); six and a half bathrooms (including all-in-ones); open concept living room and kitchen; large formal dining room with enough space for everybody; ground-floor study; basement workout and hobby rooms; attic family room filled with everything your little ones would need for entertainment; and parking spaces for three vehicles. In your backyard you have a playground for the kids, a swimming pool, and a covered hot tub perfect for relaxing any time of year. This home is seasonal-lot enabled, so watch your decorations change with each season! (A lot of the items I used are from free holiday sets, so follow the links to get them.) If you activate Buydebug, the seasonal lot marker is in the front yard next to the birdbath. Some fog emitters have also been used.

CC-free and Custard-checked, although items from some EPs, SPs and the Store are used. If you don't own the items listed below, the game will replace them with comparable items.
