This is a basic recolor of a base game Jacket that Nora West Allen wore as part of her costume when she became the Speedster "XS" This works for teen, young adult, adult, and elder females and can be found in Everday, Athletic, Party and Outerwear in CAS.
This is a Maxis Recolour which means that it is a recolour of an item that already exists in your game. Please check the Pack requirements to see which game pack it recolours.
