A Mini Modern Shopping Park with two small complexes, snack machines and 4 stores (Clothes, Groceries, Games and Jewelry & Perfume), designed in mind for all of your Sims shopping needs centralized in one place like many current Shopping Centers and Shopping Parks.

Expansions Used?:
I used Objects, Flooring, Wallpapers, Plants & Trees from most of the TS2 Expansion & Stuff Packs except Glamour Life, Teen Style Stuff, Kitchen & Bath Interior Design Stuff, i think i used a few Decorative objects from Celebration! Stuff too.

Packs you can play this Community Lot Without is University it only has the Sello Gadget Kiosk, "Sid's Cement" Flooring and a bit of the Neutral Sand" Linoleum, Nightlife i only used a few Objects and Lights but you won't have the Fragrance Stand or Photobooth, Mansion & Garden stuff i only used 2 plants and the Brick wall on the outside of the building and the panelling wall in the Grocery Store
