Welcome to my 3 bedroom house that will only cost you 20k depending on what lot you place it. It is a 20x15 lot.

This house has the basic furniture. The main bedroom has a on suit bathroom and a separate bathroom. The single bedroom is nice for a child and then you get the second bedroom for a teenager or adult.

We have a beautiful open plan kitchen, dinning room for 6 sims and a lounge with TV.

This house is not highly decorated as I use it for starter house. As my family grows, the house grows, but at the end of the day it is up to you how you upgrade and decorate your house.

I have all the Sims game packs, stuff packs and expansion pack. My game version is 1.63.134.1020.
