I was looking for Small houses yesterday and found a few but mostly it was over cluttered. Hope some of you will make use of this house as it is affordable under $20.000 and spacious for you to build on etc.

This is my first build as I only like interior design. I try keep my houses small and cheap for those who don't like big and cluttered houses like I do. The house consist of a bedroom, bathroom with shower, toilet and basin, open plan kitchen with dining table and lounge. Extra space for hobbies. I used plain colors but you can change it like you want.
