This house is a modern LA ish house with lots of space - perfect for a bigger family. It contains a car and nice terraces so your sim can enjoy the ocean view. It is a beach lot meaning you can swim in the ocean right from your own home. The house has two usable levels and lots of corners to explore.

The house has no furniture and interior walls, so it's up to you how the inside of the house is gonna be.
