Hey all,

After creating a modern house for Lewis14, I looked over the Global plan site, and found another house which I would like to build. And here is this house. I had to alter a few things, but I think it is a nice version of it.

Below are some pictures of it. You will need all three exp packs to run this.

Description of the House

This house is based on the picture shown below. I had to add another floor to make the roof look correct. This house reveals itself as a modern, contemporary beach house. Its sharp angles are emphasised through the roof patterns, and the walls of the house. Inside I have added a kitchen for you, which has a very contemporary design. You should take advantage of the floor-to-ceiling windows, and try and not have many dark and opaque colours. I reccomend light, airy colours such as pale blues, pale yelows, etc.
