9 Pine Grove Road is a 3 bed, 3 bath family home with a large backyard, detached garage, sunroom, study room, and an almost wrap-around porch. The exterior also has a rustic look, it would fit well into the middle of the woods. Perfect for families with parents and two kids!

Now that I've gotten a new computer I can finally run The Sims 3 without performance issues! For my first house in TS3, I think it turned out surprisingly well. House building in TS3 is so much better than in TS2. The roofs were were a bit funky to get looking good but I eventually got their appearance right.
