This is my first upload and I wanted to share what I like to do in Sims 4 : Recreate things from others games!
I based this on the game series Hitman. I build this from the Hitman 3 version but this mansion appeared first in the game Hitman 2.
This is the house of the drug baron Rico Delgado, in the game you have to eliminate him but I just gawked at his house and had to recreate it in Sims and here we are!
I started with a 50x50 version and then I realised that I could include more with a 64x64 version. But then I wanted to make a version for ppl that don't like big lots so I cut lots of stuff around the house to get to a 50x40 version.
Here is a rundown of interesting parts outside of the 64x64 house, some of them are missing in the smaller versions:
Outdoor guard house, 3 cars garage, drug plantation, outdoor hot tub, outdoor TV, pool, hot spring, outdoor dining and kitchen.
Here is a rundown of some of the rooms in the house:
3 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, walk-in closet, office, multiples living rooms, multiple dining room, multiple bars area, wine storage, underground kitchen, torture/storage room and others interesting rooms.
