Trait Set: Book Smart/Street Smart

This is a mod that adds two traits to the game: Book Smart and Street Smart.  Here is a quick overview of the advantages of each trait:

Book Smart Sims:
  • Learn certain skills faster: Logic, Programming, Rocket Science, Writing, Vampire Lore, Research and Debate, Robotics, and Veterinarian.  Child Sims will learn the Creativity and Mental skills more quickly.
  • Naturally do better with certain jobs: Lawyer, Writer, Engineer, Doctor, Teacher, and Scientist.
  • Get positive buffs when doing certain enjoyable activities (reading, studying, others) and negative buffs at other times (repairing objects, exercising).
  • Book Smart Sims complete their homework (including university homework and term papers) 50% faster.
Street Smart Sims:
  • Learn certain skills faster: Fitness, Charisma, Gardening, Handiness, Bowling, Rock Climbing, Skiing, Snowboarding, Dancing, and the hidden Ping Pong and Juice Pong Skills.  Child Sims will learn the Motor and Social skills more quickly.
  • Naturally do better with certain jobs: Athlete, Secret Agent, Criminal, Actor, Detective, Military, and Gardener.
  • Get positive buffs when doing certain enjoyable activities (exercising, repairing objects, others) and negative buffs at other times (reading, studying).
  • Street Smart Sims are 50% more likely to win fights, even against Father Winter.
