Objects Placed On Foundation Walls

I searched the forums and downloads but i couldn't find someone who had already put this up for download. Many of you have probably done this yourselves but i thought i would post this for those that don't like messing with game files.

This is a hack that changes a true/false statement in the Walls.txt game file. It allows you to be able to place objects on foundation walls (basement walls) without using the cheat 'moveobjects_on'. There is no pic as i didn't find it necessary. Please ask for pic if you want one.

Included in the file is the original walls.txt but in a zip format.

Edit* Sorry i forgot to say where to put it. Please extract to C:-Program Files-EA Games-The Sims 2-TS Data-Res-Catalog-Scripts. Please download if you don't have University to see if the walls.txt file changes with the expansion pack

Install Instructions

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Place in Downloads Folder: Cut and paste the .package file(s) into your Downloads folder:

• Origin (Ultimate Collection): Users\(Current User Account)\Documents\EA Games\The Sims™ 2 Ultimate Collection\Downloads\
• Non-Origin, Windows Vista/7/8/10: Users\(Current User Account)\Documents\EA Games\The Sims 2\Downloads\
• Non-Origin, Windows XP: Documents and Settings\(Current User Account)\My Documents\EA Games\The Sims 2\Downloads\
• Mac: Users\(Current User Account)\Documents\EA Games\The Sims 2\Downloads
• Mac x64: /Library/Containers/com.aspyr.sims2.appstore/Data/Library/Application Support/Aspyr/The Sims 2/Downloads
