This is my first ever build on here! Its a small townhouse you can place in between other city buildings. But if you want you can also use it as a stand a lone building

3. Place in Tray Folder: Cut and paste all files into your Tray folder:

- Windows Vista/7/8/8.1: Users\(Current User Account)\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Tray\
