This mod simply unlocks all Maxis hairs in unnatural colors (normally only available through the mirror) for CAS.
I don't know why, but some of the male hairs has the custom content star. Don't press the delete button as you may corrupt your game files.

Installation
Place in Downloads folder. Installation in the Bins or Skins folder just doesn't work.
