No Super Efficient Infant Care Cooldown

This mod removes the cooldown for the Super Efficient Infant Care interaction.

While simple. this is my first mod. I have tested this in my own game with and without other mods. It works in the same way as the No Cooldown mod for the Super Efficient Baby Care interaction from Parenthood.

The default value is 120. New value is 0.

Note: I'm not 100% sure if Parenthood or Growing Together are required for this; the Super Efficient Baby Care is an interaction from Parenthood, however, with Infants being a part of a base game update, I'm not sure if you need either pack. I imagine you need Parenthood as I believe the interaction is tied to the Parenting Skill.
