If you want your sim to live in a Brownstone but they live in a small town, this is the Brownstone for you, all you have to do is download it.

This house has three floors and one basement on each side, it was inspired by a brownstone house that I have seen and I wanted to build something like it, although it does not look like the one I currently live in, it is connected like my house is, but very different from the one in-game because it doesn't have a high foundation like this, I really hope that you and your sim enjoy living in this Brownstone house, you can also make changes to your liking.
