Faux Beach is the ideal hangout for your Sim if he doesn't like ocean water, but wants the feel of the beach.

In this lot you get a huge pool with an island, clothes shopping, magazines stands, electronic stand, bar, chess boards, spa and lots of relaxation.

The terrain is custom sand, everything else is maxis originals.
