Once again this house is another of my Aussy inspired homes.

Clifton Beach is a lovely seaside home for those sims who love the beach or
just lazing about the pool. Rockery gardens welcome sims as they aproach this home. Once inside sims are greeted with a modern interior decorated in the latest color, 'purpleish'. The kitchen, dining and loungerooms have a very
open-plan feel, and are all downstairs. The kitchen is a galley type kitchen
and overlooks the dining and lounge room, so it is perfect for those sims who
love to entertain a lot!! There is an internal access to the garage at the
other end of the loungeroom. Upstairs is a very open landing. To the left of the landing is the childrens bedroom, adequetly accomidating 2 children. The office, bathroom and toilet, are all situated between the 2 bedrooms, with the master bedroom being on the right hand side of the landing. All inside has been tastefully decorated in a modern feel.
Bench seats adorn the front and back garden. There is a BBq & dining area,
and a very unusual pool situated partially under the top floor of the home,
and partially in the warm sim sun! If sims can swim, well they are in luck,
as there is a wet bar in the centre of the pool. A set of swings for the
kiddies. An intreguing Beach frames where the back fence should be. Steps go down a sort of sandy cliff, to a lovely beach, where sims can take a romantic walk along in the evenings, or anytime they want to just go for a paddle. The clifs and beach, giving this home its name 'Clifton Beach'.
