I searched high and low for a CC Blue-Green Eye Colour that matched my own Eye colour. I could not find anything that looked close enough or it looked too alpha for my liking, so I just made it myself and wanted to share.

This is a simple recolour of a Maxis eye colour based on my own eyes and is base game compatible.

CC present in the images but NOT required for the recolour to work:
