Hi all!

M&G Build Sets always felt underutilized for me, and while the Store set kinda fills the gaps for the Deco collection, it wasn't enough!
----------

I dubbed this little set 'Hotel Lobby' and it consist of Art Deco-inspired 6 wall coverings and 6 floor tiles. All in a matching color scheme to the items already available in game.

Additionally, there are 4 extra wall recolors in Rose Gold tones. I consider these 'Completers', as all the Art Deco architecture detail items have 3 shades of stone available, while the Brick and Concrete walls are only available in Grey and Beige.

All of the above are merged into one file for convenience and load speed saving.

The extra file contains 6 more walls - which are the 3 shades of bricks with two types of Maxis-Match casings.

All new Walls presented on 1x3 space
All new Floors presented on 4x3 space (with a 2x2 texture)
