ArtemSims Police & Burglar Overhaul

This mod reintroduces classic gameplay mechanics from previous Sims titles to create a more realistic and consequence-driven environment in The Sims 4. It enhances police interactions, teen curfews, party management, and burglar behavior, providing players with new scenarios that add depth to everyday gameplay.

Current Features:
Teen Curfew Enforcement (Inspired by The Sims 3)
- If a teen/child Sim stays out past curfew, a police officer will arrive and escort them home.
- The teen/child cannot cancel the action or evade the officer.
- A short interaction plays where the officer scolds the teen (accompanied by the original Sims 3 curfew sound effect).
- Upon returning home, the teen’s parents will be informed and will scold the teen accordingly.

Noise Complaint System (Inspired by The Sims 1 & The Sims 2)
- If a Sim hosts a party with music (e.g., using a stereo) that continues past 11:00 PM, there is a chance the police will visit.
- A first visit from the police will include a warning to end the party.
- If the player ignores the warning and guests remain, the police will return after a short time, fine the household, and automatically end the party.

Improved Police Call Animation
- Replaces the default police call animation in The Sims 4 with the more discreet whispering animation from The Sims 3.

Burglar Behavior Adjustments
- Burglar visits no longer trigger a notification or automatic camera movement, increasing difficulty and realism.
- There is no idle time when the burglar spawns, making their actions more immediate.
- The burglar sound effect has been changed to a global audio cue rather than a sound that follows the burglar, allowing it to be heard anywhere on the lot.
