Originally I designed this lot to be a jazz club with a late-night, cosy, noir vibes and stage for my music-loving sims, then, it became more like a family-owned countryside restaurant for weddings and family gatherings, making it a weird hybrid of both. Its biggest advantages are versatility, small lot size and kinda universal architectural style that will do for most neighbourhoods. Tables (seatings available, excl. coffee tables) are as follows: 6, 5, 4, 4, 3, 3, 3, 2, 2, 2 (10 total).

Important Note: Lot is placed on a slope that goes uphill from back left corner (pond) to the front right. Surrounding area you see in the images is NOT the original lot placement.
