Recently featured here at Simoleon Weekly, this massive luxury property is truly one-of-a-kind. Despite not having any potential buyers yet, developer Diavolo Holdings is sticking to their claim on the property's listing page as being intended for "an extraordinarily wealthy family who prefer to live a life of the utmost in seclusion and comfort. Finding such ownership is merely a matter of patience on our end and realization on their end".

Real estate agents familiar with the property, however, state that the lack of serious buyers is simply due to the home's staggery price. After our most recent guided tour throughout the home, we can attest that it is a price well worth it. There is far too much about the home then we have room to write in this column, so we'll just step aside and let our photographer's photos do the talking. In the meantime, we'll list our favorite parts of the home:
