Victorian Vacation Home/ Mansion

Hey everyone, this is my very first upload... ever. I made this house this afternoon and i just wanted to upload it on here because i think its the best one i've ever made.

There are:
3 bedrooms
3 1/2 bathrooms
kitchen, living room, "nook", dining room, study, and another fancy area
also has a pool, little sun house thingy, and a tree house for the kids.

Comes fully furnished. Except for phones... oops. I just reinstalled my game and i haven't put my downloads back yet, so there are no hacks or downloads or anything in it (so won't be any in the house either) everything is maxis original.

Price is high, don't remember how much exactly. Perfect house for a wealthy family. Tested it with my own family, its playable (not scary and hard to see everything) But some flowers and trees would have to be deleted to keep it from running too slow.

forgot to mention that I made this house with the expansion installed. So i guess you need uni. sorry
