Hey, this is my second upload here, and second house. I uploaded my first one a really long time ago. Aaanyway this house was requested by Hartake in this thread: http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=120358

I've made both a furnished and unfurnished version because i'm sure most people's decorating style is different than mine... the unfurnished version costs 62,820. the furnished version costs 233,112.

This is a 4x4 lot. 2 floors, 2 car garage. 4 bedrooms (3 and one master suite), 2 1/2 bathrooms (1 in suite). Features a playroom for the kids, dining room, breakfast area, and living room with fireplace.

Bedrooms decorated for 3 boys (baby, child, and teen).

I'm actually quite pleases with the way this came out, although the roof is not quite right, and i had to change a few things in the floorplan (here: http://www.architecturaldesigns.com...plan-4056db.asp)

there should be no custom content.
