Well here she is! the exact dress ans hair was a bit hard to make but I think it looks something like it.
I used helaene's hair mesh here and recoloured it and I used the ballroomdressmesh from sussifriberg here and also recoloured it.
I hope you guys like her :D
Oh yeah I think ( don't know for sure) that you need universaty.
