Bordered Oak Parquet Flooring

This flooring is based on Maxis' oak parquet flooring, with a border around the room.

Admittedly, it can be a little difficult to use, because the border tiles must each be individually placed from different tiles in order to look right. There are also a lot of tiles included (one for every angle of wall, and possible angle the walls can meet at). So, I don't recommend this download if you will never want to take the time to arrange floor tiles. Personally, I feel the final look is worth the trouble, and have used it quite a bit in my own game.

I created two downloads in case people want some, but not all the tiles.

bordered-oakparq-basic includes 11 tiles: the main flooring, and 10 border tiles for square rooms.
bordered-oakparq-angledwalltiles includes 22 tiles: border tiles for angled walls and angled wall transitions.

You will need the basic set. If you download the angledwalltiles set too, it will allow you to border just about any shape of room.
